Floormanager @ As Floormanager at Apple Premium Reseller iCentre, Hilversum, I am mainly responsible for supporting the Storemanager. Handling the day to day business, in which I managed a team of approximately 15 people. This consists of, but not limited to, overseeing customer-focussed behaviors, and proper execution of strategies, as well as planning and adapting staff levels according to business needs. By analyzing store performance, I pinpoint growth opportunities, on which I base a personal and s.m.a.r.t. development path, to increase individual and team performance. Insurance hit-rate grew from 0% to 20%, visitor per cpu from 125 to 80 and overall store performance led to an increase in revenue of 12,5% YoY, a growth against the trend, in a competitive, downtrending market. From June 2015 to Present (7 months) Trainee Area Stores Manager @ During my 'on the job' training stage as Trainee Area Stores Manager, I was given the opportunity to develop under the guidance of an ASM. In the second stage, I ran a store independently, including hiring and staffing. During this second stage I met and exceeded my targets and KPI’s. I developed a skill-set to coach to targets, to lead by example, through personal conviction and giving and receiving feedback in a professional manner. From 2013 to 2015 (2 years) Social Media Manager @ As Social Media Manager, I was responsible for keeping the SoundCloud and YouTube pages up to date, generating copy for events, promo’s and other content for the NNME Bookings website, Facebook and Twitter pages, and writing biographies and riders for the signed artists. From 2013 to 2014 (1 year) iLearn Coordinator @ With the iLearn coordinators from the other iAm Store branches, along with the regional manager of iAm Store, I formed the iLearn project group, in which we discussed and developed strategy for providing seminars and one-to-one training sessions for customers. We believed that when providing support and training, consistent and coordinated companywide, the company brand grows stronger and the customer will become a participant, which has resulted in customer loyalty and active referrals in their personal circles.
At my branch, I also created the iLearn seminars based on frequently asked questions by customers, trained co-workers in giving the seminars, gave personal one-to-one trainings to customers, planned the program within store capacity and designed weekly flyers with Pages and Photoshop. From 2011 to 2013 (2 years) Apple Sales Professional @ Apple sets high standards for all the employees of their channel partners, thus I was trained in that fashion and attended every available training. Apple envisions customer contact differently from traditional retail, by focussing on the professional relationship with the customer, providing tailor-made solutions, an approach I have perfected during the time. The competitive nature of this sales team, has driven me to be the best and to sell the most, without losing sight of the Apple vision.
