Associate Producer @ From September 2015 to Present (4 months) Executive Coordinator @ Touring amusement park consisting of eight interconnected, inflatable domes themed in the existing Marvel Universe. Guests experience a two-hour, fully immersive and cohesive story featuring animation created by Academy Award winning VFX studios, physical and digital interactive games, a military grade 360° 3D immersive show and a 4D motion ride. The Marvel Experience requires on-site staff of over 300 and can admit over 4,500 guests in a single day.
Executive Team Coordination
Assist CEO, COO, and CPO in daily and macro business operations.
Manage vendor relations with over fifteen regularly active partners including transportation, food and beverage, content creation, and merchandise.
Create, maintain, and track Excel and other file-type data reporting.
Proofread and edit documents and press/production materials for distribution.
Create, format, and perform presentations and reports in PowerPoint and Keynote.
Provide support for productions, photo shoots, media appearances, and projects.
Production and Media
Principal point of contact for all media and content approvals with Marvel Brand Assurance.
Produce multiple online and on air marketing spots.
Coordinate projects through production pipeline from concept to exhibition.
Execute logistical support for multi-platform production both in house and with outside contractors.
Maintain assets including on-site media library and photo archives.
Operations and Logistics Management
Develop guest throughput strategies based on research and feedback.
Create scripts and copy for in-show guest communication.
Design training and operating guides for all front-of-house staffing in collaboration with on-site partners.
Work with in-house and marketing partners’ publicity and social media teams.
Fulfill content, images, and script requests for Facebook, twitter, Instagram, blogs, and others.
Act as administrator in social media platforms for customer relations management. From September 2014 to Present (1 year 4 months) Greater Los Angeles AreaTV Production and Broadcast Services @ As a Production coordinator for media and video productions I have the opportunity to be a liaison between producers, production managers and clients in a fast-paced, active environment. With continual organization and execution of daily production schedules, I am able to exceedingly execute logistical support for multi-platform production both in house and with outside contractors. From December 2013 to August 2014 (9 months) Production Assistant & Junior Editor @ At M3 Creative, I worked directly with and coordinated between Production, Post-Production, Trailers, and Development. I coordinated directly with high-profile clients including Disney, Marvel, Paramount, and Universal. Part of my involvement with these clients included tracking and updating schedules and notes to ensure distribution to production. I was also responsible for booking and reserving equipment, crews, and travel for local, national, and international productions. In addition, I ensured delivery of needed post-production deliverables to the clients by established deadlines.
As a Junior Editor, I regularly digitized and imported materials produced in-house and delivered from clients. I edited assembly cuts and rough cuts based off scripts for initial presentation to directors and producers, as well as worked side-by-side with the exciting New Content Development department on sizzle and pitch reel strategies.
