With over two decades of experience in growth strategy and execution, David is responsible for HubSpot's sales go-to-market strategy, for designing and implementing the company's global sales operations across offices. David is also responsible for overseeing HubSpot's inbound lead management and prospecting teams. In this unique role, David and his team work closely with the HubSpot Marketing, Training & Development, Recruiting, Sales Enablement, and internal IT teams to enablement of our sales strategy and ensure alignment with our growth plans. Previously, David has lead operations for field sales, inside sales, demand generation and partner organizations. Prior to joining HubSpot, David was responsible for leading the AMER Business Development Representative team at Salesforce.com responsible for driving 30%+ pipeline growth across mid-market, commercial, and enterprise segments. He also works as an advisor to mid-size companies on executing on various growth strategies.
