I'm an onsite Search & Browse subject matter expert. My last project generated an additional £70 million worth of annualised sales for ASOS by delivering a completely revised search solution across several international markets (and languages in turn).
My aim is to bridge the gap between technology and business people alike, enabling communication and providing SME guidance to ensure the customers' needs are met with quality technology implementation. I'm a big advocate of defining Business strategy by utilising analytic data and multi-variant testing; be data driven.
To date I've delivered 25 re-platforming projects for big names such as Adidas, ASOS, Debenhams, HP, Nikon, Urban Outfitters and more. I'm currently working with ASOS on their new world category browse solution across all devices and site languages.
