Dave Schneider is an integrated marketing professional with significant accomplishments from both the corporate marketing and agency perspectives. Today Dave leads the marketing practice for Red Wing Shoe Company where he is responsible for brand management, marcomm, public relations and store experience. Prior to Red Wing, Dave held a senior leadership position at DigitasLBi, a premiere, digitally-led, integrated brand marketing agency and part of the Publicis Groupe network. Prior to that, he led the international marketing practice of Apollo Group, an entrepreneurial joint venture between the world's leading for-profit higher education company and private equity firm The Carlyle Group. While there, he defined, built and deployed scalable commercial practices and products that drove consistent and profitable network-wide growth across the company's international footprint. Previously, Dave spent ~20 years in various marketing/advertising firms consulting with some of the highest caliber brands in the Fortune 500, including Dell, State Farm, Lowe's, OfficeMax, McDonald's, and AT&T. Of note, Dave led the client services practice of the highly acclaimed, Advertising Age A-list Agency, Tribal DDB, as Director of Client Services. Dave holds a BA from Luther College (Decorah, IA) with a double major in Economics & Business Management, has completed MBA-equivalent graduate course work in Business Philosophy and has dabbled in the entrepreneurial tech start-up space.
