Vice President, Client Partner (Retail & Consumer Goods) @ As in my recent roles, I'm a senior counselor to my clients who wish to engage their customers in more effective and profitable ways. From September 2014 to Present (1 year 4 months) Senior Vice President, Client Service @ What do I do on a daily basis? Well...I attempt to expertly balance the needs of my clients with the needs of my agency. That translates to delivering breakthrough business ideas at a fair and profitable fee. It means delivering responsive service to many clients when there aren't enough hours in the day. It means having a deep understanding of my clients' businesses - mattresses and pillows (Tempur-Pedic), the Affordable Care Act and Medicare (Humana), and frozen pizza and bottled water (Nestle USA)...just to name a few.
And I'll bet if you ask my clients and my colleagues, they'd say I succeed on a daily basis. From February 2009 to September 2014 (5 years 8 months) Vice President, General Manager @ Led the agency's largest account, Procter & Gamble, across all digital work, including web site development, display, and social. Brands included Olay, Secret, Crest, Always, Tampax, Iams, Eukanuba, and Prilosec OTC. From September 2007 to December 2008 (1 year 4 months) Client Partner @ Joined Razorfish in Dallas to open its second Texas outpost to support local clients JC Penney and Hotels.com. From April 2007 to August 2007 (5 months) Vice President, Managing Partner @ From February 2000 to March 2007 (7 years 2 months) Account Director @ I had the invaluable experience to help launch a startup, The New Power Company, from the ashes of Enron. From July 1999 to February 2000 (8 months) Account Director @ I ran the B2B portion of the Shell Energy account as they launched in Georgia in the late 90's. From April 1998 to July 1999 (1 year 4 months) Vice President, Client Service @ I led a client service team of 12 across the agency's retail and franchise clients including Dairy Queen, Pro-Cuts, Harris Methodist Health and the Fort Worth Zoo. From June 1997 to July 1998 (1 year 2 months) Vice President, General Manager @ From intern to research manager to account exec to general manager in 9 years for the recruitment advertising division of Bozell. I ran the U.S. Air Force Recruiting Service account for most of those years. The experience and experiences I achieved set the foundation for my career - from conducting all business with the highest integrity and ethics, to flying in the boom pod of a KC-135 Stratotanker refueling an AWACS over the Rocky Mountains - it was quite a trip.
