• At Pfizer, developed an Oracle application to replace an existing SFA for Managed Care Customer Information. Analyzed existing application and data, designed system and managed developers. This application was developed with SAMS and migrated offshore to the SAMS offshore support organization. • At Merck, developed a current state/future state analysis of their Contract/Chargeback/Rebate processes. Recommended improvements, a roadmap and a MS Project plan (“Align” project).
