Development of market intelligence and business network by fostering relationships with brokers, landlords and other members of the real estate community.
Create awareness of vacant space/upcoming exposures with brokerage community through the implementation of marketing initiatives/programs. Identify potential new tenants through daily interaction with brokers.
Conduct financial analysis of deal structure and handle RFP/offer and lease negotiations.
Liaise with Property Management and Operations to ensure asset strategy is collectively executed.
Preparation of annual leasing budgets. Generate quarterly reports on managed assets and the respective markets.
