Director, Human Resources @ Restructure Company’s overall employment practices; originate ground up 6 independent companies in multiple arenas. Create/pen job descriptions, handbook, policy & procedures, safety manuals/procedures, research and implement competitive salary and bonus structures. Review/monitor/evaluate and decrease WC claims by creating, implementing and enforcing Cal OSHA safety practices by training management to adhere to written compliance practices and procedures.
