Delivered product innovation across Mobile (Android), wearables, digital imaging, living room, lifestyle audio and other emerging device categories. Collaborated closely with Samsung HQ in Korea on product strategy and realization. From August 2010 to December 2011 (1 year 5 months) Principal Group Manager - Windows Embedded @ Responsible for the PM organization leading strategy, definition and execution for Windows Embedded, powering solutions across automotive (Ford Sync, Fiat eco:Drive, Nissan and Kia UVO), retail (POS, Kiosks, Digital Signage), manufacturing (data acquisition, supervisory control), financial services (ATMs), Healthcare (Diagnostic, POS), Resigned from this position after a 13+ year career at Microsoft to join Apple. From January 2010 to August 2010 (8 months) Group Manager - Xbox App Studio: Facebook, Twitter, Last.fm @ Responsibility for the studio delivering ground breaking apps on Xbox LIVE, launched at E3 2009 where they were called “far and away the most important announcements of the show.” (Pachter, 6/23/09). Drove application design and user experience in translating signature web properties to the television. Pitched concepts to partners, built strong relationships and negotiated multi-year contracts. From January 2009 to January 2010 (1 year 1 month) Group Program Manager: Xbox Platform @ Responsible for the PM org defining and delivering the Xbox 360 game console firmware from 2005 launch through holiday 2007. Areas of responsibility included: Console dashboard, IPTV / MediaRoom (AT&T U-Verse) on Xbox 360 and in game advertising, Instant messaging & communication, new hardware accessories and security implementation. From November 2005 to December 2009 (4 years 2 months) Lead Program Manager: eHome @ Lead PM teams responsible for the first 3 Media Center Extenders over multiple Windows OS releases, including devices from HP, Linksys and Xbox 360.
