* Responsible for the technology direction of the web aspects of the company and designing the system architecture.
* Responsible for leading a team of developers in building a CMS, a social network, an OpenID server and several other satellite web sites.
* Worked with the team to implement Extreme Programming practices. From April 2007 to May 2012 (5 years 2 months) System Administrator @ Moniker is an ICANN accredited registrar, domain name broker and web hosting provider. Worked on a small team with multiple job responsibilities, primarily as a systems administrator.

Additional responsibilities include participating in QA review meetings, writing project documentation, writing end user documentation, writing and executing system test scripts.

* Developed a competitive data and contract compliance tracking system. From August 2001 to January 2003 (1 year 6 months) Research Analyst @ Programmer on a 4 person project team developing a company standard Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for Procter & Gamble’s analytical laboratories. The LIMS was built using proprietary software for the interface with a Sybase SQL Anywhere database and various data acquisition tools written in Visual Basic.
* Developed a bug reporting database in PHP/MySQL.
* Developed laboratory instrument data acquisition interfaces in Visual Basic and Perl.
* Developed the set of Crystal Reports for the LIMS including optimizing the database queries
* Provided key input on the design of the system as a former chemist.
* Managed the deployment and validation of the LIMS in each laboratory according to CFR21 part 11, including installation, setup and training. From May 1995 to August 2001 (6 years 4 months)
