I managed to interview 121 new college graduates for an Underwriter Analyst program and submitted 84 to the hiring managers. The project was a success and the hiring managers were very impressed with the quality and diversity of candidates that were submitted to them. With Consumer Banking I supported 65 bank branches in six districts in the Orlando area. Partnered and consulted with District Mangers and Branch Managers to recruit Personal Bankers and Branch Managers. It was a consultative relationship where I would advise them on the hiring process and strategies to meet their hiring needs. I also managed the end to end recruitment process with an average of 55 requisitions, sourced qualified candidates, conducted interviews, managed the requisition posting process, ensured a positive candidate and client experience, extended job offers, and provided regular progress updates to hiring managers throughout the process. From June 2011 to October 2011 (5 months) Employment Support Specialist - Seasonal Temporary @ Recruiting, screening, and managing candidates through the employment process for stores in assigned districts, extended interview invitations, forwarded rejection letters, communicated with stores on issues and escalated as needed, partnered with management team to meet recruiting goals.
