Work with all sales and groups sales managers to constantly deliver productivity and increase revenue avenues. Plan yearly budgets, negotiate with Insurers, Aggregators, Merchant Services, Software Houses and Lead Generation Suppliers. Increase Brand development and website traffic growth. Oversee staffing levels and issues. Ensure we are cost effective in all areas and also streamline and improve internal processes. Work closely and report direct to the Managing Director. To develop and ensure the enforcement of operational guidelines, regulations and processes so as to operate clearly within FCA requirements. From November 2014 to Present (1 year 1 month) Broker Software Manager @ Implemented a new broker platform (Open GI) for the Markerstudy Retail Group of companies and involved in all other software structures. This includes aggregator pricing, sales figures, floor achievements and relations, SQL/info centre reporting and day to day servicing of software issues for all retail staff. Strategic plans for new acquisitions to fit within the business along with implementing new procedures to make the retail group run slicker and contract negotiations to save money. Experience with the CDL platform which I was heavily involved in the structure prior to Open GI. From June 2008 to Present (7 years 6 months) Insurance Broker Manager @ Day to day running of a busy insurance brokers, sales targets and reporting, staff management, accounts along with software servicing in the later years with the CDL system which involved all back office operations. Also I have achieved Cert CII.
