Due to her outstanding achievements she has been recognized in the industry and community as a recipient of various awards. One such recognition was the prestigious award, HR Director of the Year in 2009 by AZBigMedia, published in AZ Business Magazine.
She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds a senior level professional certification in Human Resources (SPHR) as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). This blend of experience and education has allowed her to effectively guide executives and management teams into making the right choices for their staff and creating overall organizational goals by executing the appropriate HR performance metrics that target companies' overall objectives.
Camille is committed to the concept and involvement of community service and not-for-profit charities. She is an active team member of PGH – People for Global Humanity. Additionally, she and her family correspond with and assist three sponsor children in Cambodia, Bangladesh and Columbia.
