As VP of West Sales my leadership role grew from Pacific region, to assuming leadership for both the Central and Pacific regions combined as well as the Global Accounts leadership in that geography. Continued business development and new logo wins with major globals, as well as retention and resigns of existing clients ensured revenue commitments were achieved. Revenue goals exceeded $30M with significant growth YOY. From January 2013 to April 2016 (3 years 4 months) VP- U.S @ BrantTel Networks BrantTel Networks, originally operated from Toronto, Canada opened an office in San Jose, California to expand into the high tech area of Silicon Valley. As Vice President of the the Sales and Operations for the US team, BrantTel grew it's business 266% to become a high value system integrator and IP telephony consulting group with full scale service delivery to its clients. From September 2006 to March 2010 (3 years 7 months) VP of Sales @ Unified TelData, Inc. As Sales Leader for UTDi, I came into a well established, however, small Avaya Business Partner and grew it from what it had been for nearly 10 years into a Platinum Level BP by investing in new markets and growing the sales team across the country. UTDi is now recognizable to many across the country, in particular those involved in the government markets. From January 2002 to September 2006 (4 years 9 months) Sales Manager @ Expanets Provided leadership to 14 person sales team to optimize revenue results and customer satisfaction in order to achieve goal of over $12 Million in annual revenues. Responsible for new associate interviewing, hiring and training programs. From 2000 to 2002 (2 years) Account Executive @ Lucent Technologies Developed new client acquisition strategy that included cold calling, peer networking groups, client referrals and direct mailers. Consistently maintained quota attainment of 120% or higher and excelled in overall client satisfaction scores. From 1995 to 1999 (4 years) Sales Director @ Carousel Industries Carousel Industries acquisition of BrantTel Networks in the US leverages the fast pace growth of BT in the US to be integrated and leveraged by Carousel in the West. Fast growth and diverse technology offers earned BrantTel the credibility to support the most demanding clients While leading this transformation from a small regional VAR to major voice and data networking company, I managed the Sales & Operations of BrantTel and transitioned into sales leadership under the Carousel banner to ensure stability and continued growth throughout the transition. Major wins with companies in the West resulted in further growth for Carousel in the region.
