Nowadays, the foundation of a business strategy is found within IT systems. This is where you find the data to set your CRM objectives, on which you base workflow analysis and where the finances are handled. Because it is so crucial to have an IT environment (system, apps, website) that works well within your company, I find it very interesting and challenging to work in the IT industry.
I believe it is important for every brand to focus on a Customer Intimacy strategy. Companies need to start a dialogue with their customers, connect with them, and understand them. In my opinion, this is the only way to gain trust and loyalty in this digital world. But, there is an important side note to add here: Operational Excellence. Since the worldwide economical crisis hit us, companies became more aware of this strategy. There were marketeers that used to think it is not possible to combine Customer Intimacy with Operational Excellence, but I think it is a great challenge to find the perfect mix between the two strategies. This is why I like to use my analyzing, monitoring and marketing skills to manage IT environments, processes and workflows in a company: to find the perfect mix. Customer Intimacy as main focus, without losing sight of Operational Excellence.
I am an empathic, result-driven teamplayer with good communication- and analytical skills. I am flexible, adventurous and active. I like sports, mountains, hiking and nature. My trip around the world was one of my greatest experiences.
