Working as a developer for the past 17 years I've gained a solid reputation as being someone that can deliver quality products in a hurry. From architecting enterprise level databases to creating a web based email client similar to Outlook, I have a broad skill set which allows me to anticipate issues and address them early in the development cycle.
Having been a co-founder at a successful startup, in addition to my primary role as a developer I've had to wear many hats over the years, including accounting, facilities management, co-location management, sales support, and more.
I'm currently working on a new product that I feel will revolutionize the way users will store data and developers will approach creating their apps. Yodata will provide a community where developers can publish data models and leverage them within their apps, giving them the power to create robust functionality is less time.
Co-Founder, CTO @ Yodata empowers users to store their data in one place and access it from any application that's integrated with the Yodata platform. By leveraging our shared data models, shared data storage, automated APIs, and user management developers can create robust apps in less time.
My primary role has been to create the dynamic API servers, which includes authentication, documentation generation, schema generation, logging, notifications, and more. I've also been responsible for managing the AWS environment, which uses Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, S3, SES, SQS, ElastiCache, and Route 53.
During the creation of the Yodata backend and developer utilities, in order to provide additional functionality, I contributed to many open source projects, including Mongoose.js, Swagger, and several Meteor packages. From October 2014 to Present (1 year 3 months) Co-Founder/Mobile App Developer @ Working with a long time business partner to create mobile apps for iOS and Android, my responsibilities include everything related to development and deployment, including taking UI designs and converting them to layout files, integration with multiple third party APIs, building an internal API using node.js on AWS, configuring in-app purchases, and publishing to the app stores.

Our product, AgentAchieve, is currently the premier CRM in the Real Estate industry. From customizable broker and agent websites, to CRM functionality that allows real estate agents to be more productive, I helped design and develop most of the major components of the product.
The following is a list of components that I had a major role in developing:
- Web based email client, similar to Outlook (folder tree, email list, drag/drop, read, delete, reply, forward, attachments). Included with this was a back end service that continually synced POP3/IMAP emails for 20,000+ users.
- Dynamic, customizable, template driven broker and website. Admin area to allow brokers and agents to create new content, change menu order, set preferences, and more.
- Multi-MLS Database design, allowing our users to search data sets with different data structures simultaneously (before NoSQL databases existed).
- Billing system integrated with Payflow Pro (Paypal) to charge users for additional features of the application. This included invoicing, recurring monthly payments, reporting and more.
- MLS Search interface for both internal and external customers.
- Neighborhood research tool using census data, public school data and GIS boundaries for states, counties, cities and neighborhoods to allow end users to research an area where they may be purchasing a home.
