Justified, planned and managed projects that either improved the reliability of critical utilities to our manufacturing customers, or provided cost savings.
• Served as Central Utilities’ mechanical representative for the concept, planning, funding, design, and construction phases of a $4.2M site utilities and infrastructure upgrade. This project included construction of a new 1900 square foot building, expansion of the chilled glycol and clean dry compressed air systems, and design and commissioning a new chilled water generation facility.
• Chaired weekly planning meetings at which the maintenance, construction and operational activities for the 22 person Central Utilities department were coordinated with representatives from the Maintenance group, outside contractors, and the Project Management Office. Worked as a bridge between parties with separate priorities, building consensus and fostering a spirit of cooperation.
• Authored business cases and justifications for multiple projects.
