From March 2016 to October 2017 (1 year 8 months) SeattleSenior Manager, Technical Program Management @ Hulu Helped establish the technical program management discipline in the Seattle Hulu office, growing the team from 2 to 10 TPMs. Helped implement agile practices at scale, tailoring the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to the size and needs of Hulu engineering. Personally led the project to ship Hulu on the Apple TV (4th generation). Partnered with Product, UX, engineering, and Apple to define the experience and deliver on a very tight timeline.
