I was given the wonderful opportunity to learn (on the fly) all aspects of operating public transit immediately after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley. However 7.5 years later and relocating back to San Francisco, I made the switch from a Transportation Planner to Customer Success Specialist at PandaDoc, a San Francisco based SaaS startup.
After 5 months, I was promoted to being its first Customer Success Manager (pat on the back). It's been a whirlwind but it hasn't stopped me. I'm still hustling on learning as fast as I can while thinking outside the box for solutions internally and externally.
