Art Director, Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two:
Accountable for the overall visual aesthetics of Epic Mickey 2.
Pushed the boundaries of the visual quality and was responsible for pushing every aspect of the game's artwork from vistas to in game cinematics to the highest level of quality possible.
Collaborated with the design director, all members of the studio executive team and the internal art leads to establish the visual direction of the game.
Directed all manner of visuals in the game including environment work, props, animation, characters, in game cut scenes, CGI movies and marketing pieces.
Responsible for inspiring, leading and driving the internal art team to develop the vision and ensure the highest quality art.
Closely monitored and maintained continuity with the internal art team and external vendors.
Managed multiple art dependencies through a very short development timeline.
Helped to ship the multi-award winning Disney Epic Mickey for the Nintendo Wii in November 2010, the best selling single platform title in Disney's history.
Successfully delivered Disney Epic Mickey Two: The Power of Two to five different hardware platforms for the Thanksgiving and Holiday season with a development timeline 15 months shorter than the first game.
Managed an internal art team of 43 full time artists and 13 contract artists as well as coordinated art dependencies between 4 international outsourcing houses, 2 cinematic houses and our internal team which involved major late phase restructuring of asset production
pipelines.
