From October 2014 to Present (1 year 3 months) Mobile Product Manager @ I am responsible for building and maintaining the vision and road map of functionality to be delivered on the TUI UK mobile websites. This includes managing Product Owners and UX Consultants whilst working with stakeholders in e-commerce, Commercial and IT to define this strategy and implementation plan for our Thomson and First Choice mobile websites. The mobile websites are vital in enabling us to exploit the growing traffic accessing our brands through new devices to help grow web share, increasing single device conversion, cross device conversion and customer satisfaction. From June 2013 to October 2014 (1 year 5 months) Pricing Insight Analyst @ I worked for TUI France on a 6 month secondment working on a range or pricing and yield management projects for the French mainstream tour operator. From January 2013 to June 2013 (6 months) Paris Area, FrancePricing Insight Analyst @ Following my completion of the TUI UK & Ireland graduate scheme I secured the role of Pricing Insight Analyst within the company's commercial division. My role was to drive forward commercial initiatives by managing projects that ensures through optimising product, pricing and distribution TUI is able to maximise the value from its products. I was responsible for management of multiple projects across different divisions such the in-house Airline (Thomson Airways), Commercial division and Distribution division to a plan and keeping all stakeholders engaged such that they become advocates for the changes and always feel informed. I completed the TUI UK & Ireland Graduate Leadership programme, undertaking projects and assignments in key divisions of the mainstream business. During the scheme, I have worked in Distribution, Thomson Airways, Commercial, Overseas Operations and Ecommerce. The scheme has given me the opportunity to understand these key functions of the business and to work on projects that have delivered significant value to the business. From October 2010 to February 2012 (1 year 5 months) Intern - Sales @ Gained a place on PepsiCo’s summer internship where I spent ten weeks on a variety of sales projects to boost summer sales through store development and signing retailers up to a loyalty scheme. From June 2009 to September 2009 (4 months) Internship @ I spent three months working with India’s leading confectionary company Cabury in Mumbai, India. I spent the majority of my time in Sales and Marketing. This gave me the opportunity to understand the FMCG market and the retail environment in India.
