Responsibilities included the RFP and selection, contract negotiation, project planning and overall execution oversight. Project successfully completed in less than a year.
- Lead the delivery of HR services including HR operations and shared services, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, compliance, global mobility, international assignments and talent management to include goal setting, performance management and professional development.
