Main Accountabilities
Manage Network Procurement Category
• Define and maintain category tree structure related with network category
• Ensure all sub categories have clearly defined category strategies
• Ensure procurement plans in place for all major procurements and stakeholders are informed and proper governance in place for necessary approvals
• Initiatives related to the category are properly documented and updated regularly
Achieve category savings
• Define yearly procurement saving targets & track on monthly basis the achievements
• Ensure all global price books are up to date and reflecting achievements from reason negotiations
• Ensure savings are not only achieved in current year but price drivers are defined in a way to ensure future sustainability of prices
Manage supplier relationship at Global Level
• Managed to maintain a good level of interaction with all major suppliers
• Regular Business Review Meetings with each of the key suppliers
• All escalations from operations were successfully handled with desired out come in most of them
Build and Manage PSCL team & company-wide stakeholders
• Responsible for a team of 10 professionals at the global level based in Luxembourg/ London and El-Salvador
