As the head of Senior Gift Giving, my goal is to get all 437 seniors in my class to give a monetary gift that will be given as a scholarship to one student on campus. My role spearheads, organizes, and plans senior bar nights, senior only soirees, and senior only live music nights.

📖 Summary
I am a synthesizer. I am purposeful. I am a thorough problem solver. Listening and processing in hopes of finding a solution is how I am most valuable. My deliberative nature is what allows me to carefully prioritize and organize information when in a team setting. My individual traits have been shaped by my growth and experiences at the undergraduate level. My courses in government and religious studies have ignited a constant need to question, be curious, and to dig deeper. My current internship work in Seattle, has allowed me to take my curiosity to the next level by helping me build a strong business savvy mindset. In particular, my extracurricular activities in college has fostered my love for team building. I have discovered that through my work as theLook Magazine’s Style Director, Web Designer, and Blogmaster that my passion for the fashion industry is where I will thrive. I am seeking out roles that allow me to take on projects that involve interacting with clients and consumers. As graduation approaches, my desire is to start not a job, but a career that allows me to showcase my inner drive that always wants to develop new ideas. Therefore, I find it necessary to brainstorm and build relationships that will allow me to immerse myself in truly understanding the needs of others. The experiences I have gained both academically and in life, have shown me how important growth is at all stages in life. No matter how old, there is always room for growth and improvement. From October 2015 to Present (3 months) [email protected] @ Koru is an intensive business program that is extremely fast paced that prepares liberal arts students for the business world. I have become more proficient in business models and Microsoft Excel. I have developed skills in public speaking, sales, project management, marketing, and analytics. From July 2015 to Present (6 months) Fashion Director, Blogmaster, and Web Designer @ My involvement in theLook Magazine allows me to collaborate with many different people. As style director I work with the Editor-In-Chief in brainstorming different monthly editorial ideas. I personally select and style all male & female models we use for the photoshoots. As blogmaster I manage six bloggers/contributors and together we create new content for the website and blog. I write, edit, and upload weekly blog posts and assist in designing the website and creating the layout. From May 2015 to Present (8 months) Phoneathon Manager @ As a manager, I manage up to 8 callers twice a week. On a nightly basis, I record data info that is useful for alumni relations. When serving as a caller, I foster relationships with parents and those who share an affinity for the college. In all, I help raise over $4 million dollars that directly support the campus community, athletic clubs, and financial aid. From October 2013 to Present (2 years 3 months) Retail Sales Associate @ Working in customer service as a retail sales associate allows me to create and maintain relationships with faculty, parents, students, and visitors. My role at the Connecticut College bookshop is multifaceted. On a daily basis I assist customers with merchandise and textbook purchases. Behind the scenes, I assist in receiving online, mail, and over the phone orders. I also, restock the store's clothing merchandise in its entirety. From August 2013 to Present (2 years 5 months) Summer Camp Coach (Division Head) @ My role as division head allows me to be both a supervisor and coach. On a weekly basis, I coordinate field trips and sporting events. On a daily basis, I manage over 40 children ages 4-7 years old. When problems arise between campers or amongst staff I mediate and solve problems. During all 8 weeks of camp, I assist other counselors in teaching a variety of sports (football, soccer, etc) and activities. From June 2011 to Present (4 years 7 months) Assistant Office Manager @ Originally starting as an assistant to the executive office manager, I was promoted to assistant office manager. I performed office manager duties such as calling customers for follow up and consultations. I also completed tasks in a timely matter such as mailing invoices, responding to emails, and eventually built strong relationships with company workers. The relationships built with workers and customers overall helped when seeking solutions. From June 2008 to June 2015 (7 years 1 month) Chair @ As chair, I oversaw a week long of themed events put on by members of the Class of 2016 for the Class of 2015 (over 400 students). It was important for me to organize weekly meetings with the director and my co-chair, to share new ideas that would make senior week the most enjoyable. I finalized and approved all plans for all 5 events in a timely manner. During the actual event, I created a massive production schedule and assisted in all event set ups and breakdowns. From January 2015 to May 2015 (5 months) Childcare Provider @ As a child care provider, I care for children of all ages. I nurture and care for children at employer's home. My duties include but are not limited to: assisting in homework assignments, prepare meals, observe children as they play, take part in arts & crafts and other fun activities with children, and lastly maintain a clean, healthy environment.
