Senior Vice President of Marketing @ As the Senior Vice President of Marketing Anne-Marie Dacyshyn reports to the CEO, is a member of the Company’s Senior Management team and is responsible for the global strategy, tactics and programs that drive demand and sell through for the world's leading snowboard and snowboard lifestyle brand. Anne-Marie is responsible for providing leadership, development, and management of all in-bound and out-bound marketing activities, that translate to meeting overall Company revenue and profit goals across all marketing silos including: Brand, Communications, Digital, Events, Athlete Management, Retail Marketing, and Partnership Management. From 2014 to Present (1 year) Vice President of Marketing @ As the VP of Marketing reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, Anne-Marie was responsible for the strategy, tactics and programs to drive Demand, Recognition and Sales for Burton and its products, through the use of Product Marketing, PR, Advertising, Strategic Partnerships, Direct, Event, Channel and Online Marketing. In addition, Anne-Marie was also responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing all brand marketing functions, to achieve company objectives of sales, growth, visibility and consistent global positioning. From 2012 to 2014 (2 years) Global PR Director @ In the role of Global PR Director, Anne-Marie was an integral member of Burton’s Global Marketing Team, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing. She was responsible for overseeing all facets of Burton’s PR and Communications programs, including: Corporate Communications; Media Relations; Product Placement; PR Events and Showcases; Product & Team Communications; PR Administration; and Agency Management. In addition, Anne-Marie also oversaw all of Burton’s Social Media efforts, including: setting and maintaining the strategic direction for all Burton social media programs; overseeing all content on Burton’s social forums; setting editorial and content strategies by season; and supervising social partners and outside social agencies. From February 2010 to July 2012 (2 years 6 months) Director of Retail Marketing @ As the Director of Retail Marketing Anne-Marie was responsible for overseeing all Marketing for Burton’s global network of Direct Retail Businesses, including Flagship stores, Outlets and support of E-commerce. This included lead support on the Design, Development and Launches of new locations, and ongoing management of all retail marketing elements to solidify these channels as market leaders in: Brand Presentation, Visual Merchandising, Customer Experience, Events and Sell Through. From April 2006 to February 2010 (3 years 11 months) Global Creative Director @ Working upwards from Product Manager to Product Marketing lead, Anne-Marie ultimately became the Global Creative Director for lifestyle brand Gravis Footwear. In this role, she was primarily accountable for: Design Direction; Trend Forecasting; Line Planning & Merchandising for all Gravis product categories including Footwear, Bags and Softgoods; as well as Team/Dealer Feedback and Roundtables; and she worked closely with Development, Sales and Marketing on Commercialization, Delivery and Launch. From 2004 to 2006 (2 years) Director of Product Marketing @ As Director of Product Marketing, Anne-Marie was responsible for all facets of Product Management of the Gravis product categories (Footwear, Bags, Softgoods) including supervision of Design through to Development. In addition to Line Planning & Seasonal Merchandising, she also worked closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure Gravis products were meeting key company objectives of Innovation, Sales, and Global Growth. This role also included being a liaison with key Designers, Developers, Manufacturing Vendors, Team Athletes, Sales and Marketing.
