From December 2014 to Present (1 year 1 month) Digital Business Manager @ • Led BP’s global digital communications vision and strategy. • Single point of contact for BP website owners, editors and marketing teams across BP globally – 80 countries. Responsible for managing relationships with these stakeholders – providing counsel, strategic direction and best-practice guidance as they moved their websites onto BP’s newly developed responsive platform or engaged in new digital services. • Responsible for developing the look and feel across BP and Castrol brands online. • Ensured BP’s websites and online services were developed on brand, within the correct environment, to the right standards, protected BPs reputation, and ultimately, added value to BP. • Drove innovation and thought leadership as to how BP used digital communications to manage and enhance the brand online. • Provided strong leadership with the ability to support, coach/mentor and develop BP's digital capability.
