Allen holds full P&L responsibilities for Ledcor's North American Communications Construction business, which has demonstrated rapid growth and expansion. LTS ISG is focused on communications network design, construction and maintenance for the oil & gas, industrial, public safety, commercial and private communications sectors. In addition to traditional procurement methodologies, LTS ISG has significant experience in the public, private partnership (P3) contracting space as well. LTS primarily focuses on communications infrastructure builds, but also work within the power, energy and transportation sectors. The LTS team of highly skilled professionals has a wealth of experience in aerial, buried, submarine and wireless builds across numerous geographies, climates and extreme environments. Later Worldwide Fiber was re-branded to become 360networks. From August 1999 to April 2001 (1 year 9 months) Project Manager @ C&S Contract Services, Inc was a telecom focused professional services company providing Project Management, Design Services, Right of Way Acquisitions, CAD and Survey as well as Construction Monitoring.
