Senior Project Manager on a performance-based remediation (PBR) contract with the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) for the Department of Defense (DOD) nuclear missile alert facilities and Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB) in Great Falls, Montana. The project included conducting remedial investigation studies, Underground Storage Tank (UST) Closures, Geophysical Surveys, Corrective Action Plans, Site Remediation, Long-Term Monitoring, and developing Optimized Exit Strategies at over 20 different sites regulated under both RCRA and CERCLA components. Contaminants include: petroleum hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds, chlorinated solvents, heavy metals, and PCBs. Remedial strategies included source removal, in-situ bioremediation (aerobic and anaerobic), in-situ chemical oxidation, and landfill cap management with long term monitoring. See Projects below.

From April 2015 to Present (9 months) Senior Geologist/Project Manager @ Responsible for performing and managing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) projects, as well as remediation project design and oversight. From November 2014 to April 2015 (6 months) Senior Project Manager @ Project Geologist/Technical Lead responsible for completion of Remedial Investigation Work Plans and reports, corrective action plans, and long term monitoring work plans and reports for Malmstrom Air Force Base Sites. Maintains site schedule and regulatory reporting schedule. Responsible for communication and technical discussions with regulatory and Base personnel and coordination of all field activities including subcontractors. Prepares monthly Contractor Progress, Status, and Management Reports for submittal to Air Force Civil Engineer Center. From July 2012 to November 2014 (2 years 5 months) Project Geologist/Staff Manager @ Council clients on environmental assessments of their property with emphasis on maximizing land owner value, in a timely manner.
