Alice is a qualified executive coach, mentor and facilitator. She coaches individuals at senior levels across all sectors helping them to achieve meaningful and sustainable improvements in their performance and as a result, in the performance of their organisation. Alice has over 18 years of finance and international commercial experience gained from the professional services, media, retail, financial services and technology sectors. Prior to becoming a coach, Alice advised client organisations on corporate governance, board responsibilities and developing finance talent. At Deloitte, she ran finance leadership development workshops for groups of high potential FTSE 350 finance senior managers and delivered tailored “transition” workshops for a number of individual newly appointed FTSE 350 CFOs. Alice’s commercial experience includes significant work in the areas of change and restructuring, strategy and M&A while working for Clear Channel International and IndigoVision plc. Her own Board experience includes being CFO and Company Secretary of IndigoVision plc and sitting on the Board of Governors at both Priors Field School and St George’s School for Girls. Alice’s clients have included Lloyds Banking Group, Aviva, Vodafone, UBS, Maersk, RWE nPower, Johnston Press, Stagecoach, Close Brothers, and Astra Zeneca. Alice has a first class Law degree from the University of Durham and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA), having won the Plender and Railton Prizes while qualifying.
