In addition to running StartFinder Talent Acquisition practice, I have founded and currently manage an executive forum for talent acquisition executives. With over 150 members from over 60 companies, the Talent Acquisition Leadership Council (TALC) has emerged as the Mid-Atlantic's leading association for corporate recruiting vice presidents and directors. TALC's mission is to bring together forward thinking recruiting executives to discuss industry challenges and share best practices.
