The way we live today is damaging our planet. We’ve seen rising greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, biodiversity loss, and pollution of our planet. Some of the changes are already irreversible. The world currently uses 1.7 planets’ worth of resources every year. So, the challenge is how do we raise the global population out of poverty whilst reducing our demand on resources to a level that one planet can sustain?WRAP is a charity, working with governments, businesses and citizens around the globe to create a world in which resources are used sustainably. We generate evidence-based solutions to protect the environment, build stronger economies and support more sustainable societies. Our impact spans the entire lifecycle of the food we eat, the clothes we wear and the products we buy, from production to consumption and beyond. We tackle sustainable product design, waste minimisation, re-use, recycling and waste management for food and drink, plastic packaging, clothing and textiles and waste management. We deliver change. For updates about our work in Wales in Welsh, follow the WRAP Cymru Showcase Page (linked below).I dderbyn diweddariadau am ein gwaith yng Nghymru yn Gymraeg, dilynwch dudalen arddangos WRAP Cymru (dolen isod).Community guidelines: http://www.wrap.org.uk/content/community-guidelines
