WCS contracts with clients utilizing a unique network sales approach. WCS buys its services as a wholesale carrier at spot market rates under its high volume purchase agreements and then “packages” the desired combination of carrier backbones, network architecture and contract terms, specifically to the customer's stated requirements. There is no “selling” one particular carrier network or another. The customer decides which carrier to utilize based on service type, diversity, price and geography. WCS then consolidates the solution on a single customized bill format and presents the information via a secure Internet web billing system called Advanced Billing And Carrier Utilization System (ABACUS). In addition, WCS provides a 100% fully customizable Telecom and Wireless Expense Management tool to qualified clients to manage inventory, control costs and provide high-level reporting.
