Wargaming Chicago-Baltimore is the development studio responsible for the console edition of Wargaming.net's flagship title, World of Tanks. The growing studio is made up of veteran game development teams in Chicago, IL and Baltimore, MD and plays a key role in Wargaming’s global, cross-platform product development strategy. In December of 2012, Wargaming Chicago-Baltimore became the latest addition to the Wargaming family, through acquisition of Day 1 Studios – an independent developer well known for its creation of Microsoft’s MechAssault™ series and its work on Warner Bros. F.E.A.R.™ franchise.
