It requires patience, keeping an open mind and recognizing our own biases. We listen to consumers. We listen to the category. And most importantly, we listen to our clients. We Plan: We know classic planning. We understand its virtues. And we're aware of its limitations. But more importantly, we have a strong sense for when it's appropriate and when it's not. At Vitro, we believe that instinct and experience are some of our most valuable planning tools. We know never to underestimate the significance of preparation, but realize that agility is equally important. So we work nimbly but responsibly. And while it would be inordinately more convenient to have a predetermined formula to apply to every client, our process, like the landscape of brand communication, is ever changing. We Steal: Yes we steal. We steal a lot. We steal share of market from competitors and share of mind from our target audiences. And usually, we do it with a much smaller share of voice. And although it may sound like a contradiction, when we steal for our clients, we steal with honesty and integrity. After all, we figure it's not really "stealing" if you earn it.
