Uphams Corner Health Center

Upham’s Corner Health Center (UCHC) provides comprehensive medical, dental, pediatric, vision, and urgent care services to the residents of North Dorchester and its surrounding neighborhoods in Boston, Massachusetts. UCHC also operates a Home Healthcare program and a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) with inclusive health services for older adults at three dedicated PACE Centers and in-home care. Since its inception in 1971, UCHC has been committed to offering high-quality, affordable primary health care for all ages, races, and genders. Today, UCHC offers a wide range of services, including family medicine, women’s health, behavioral health, nutrition, elder care, urgent care, dental, vision care, WIC, PACE, and home health care. This care is tailored to meet the cultural, financial, language, and access needs of a vibrant and diverse community. Boston health care partners include Boston Medical Center, Mass General Brigham, and Boston Children’s Hospital. UCHC is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
