Triple Crown Corporation began as a residential real estate developer in June 1977. The company has since evolved to include commercial construction, general contracting, commercial and residential property management services, real estate brokerage, remodeling and most other real estate services. Triple Crown Corporation is one of Central Pennsylvania’s largest real estate entities, providing construction and property management services. In our construction services division, we engage primarily in the development of medium to large residential master planned communities and all types of light commercial, industrial and retail development. Our real estate acquisition and development departments are vertically integrated and since 1977 have purchased land, acquired all governmental approvals, performed all site development work, performed construction and marketed the finished product to the public or sold to related parties as rental properties. Our property management services division manages investment properties to include residential rental homes, retail space, commercial offices and warehouse facilities for our portfolio and third party owners. Our experienced remodeling team provides expert, cost-effective services to residential and commercial properties.
