Transylvania College is a student-centred school, offering a complete educational path, from nursery to high school. It is the only international school in the region accredited by the Romanian Ministry of Education which has also been awarded BSO (British School Overseas) status by the UK Department of Education, following a series of inspections. Transylvania College is an Accredited Member of COBIS (Council of British International Schools), and is under the High Patronage of Her Majesty Margareta of Romania, Crown Custodian.

Transylvania College is rapidly growing community, which almost tripled its student body in the last three years thanks to its excellent reputation. It offers a unique multicultural learning environment in Transylvania, with now up to 650 students, 170 teachers and support personnel, representing 34 nationalities.
