It offers a continuum of care as well with Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities. In Houston, The Tradition has added two Communities - The Tradition-Buffalo Speedway and The Tradition-Woodway, both with Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care.
