Town Hall and Symphony Hall are managed together by Performances Birmingham Limited, a registered charity, and are at the centre of Birmingham’s cultural heart – presenting the most exciting and diverse artists, orchestras and bands. Kraftwerk, The British Paraorchestra of Great Britain, Satinder Sartaaj, Chineke! Orchestra, Gary Barlow and the world-renowned City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra are examples of the exciting and eclectic programme. We believe that music is essential to everyone and has the power to transform and change lives, to entertain and uplift, create shared experience and to educate. Our future audiences are the driving force of everything we do; while behind-the-scenes, our Learning and Participation team connect over 15,000 young people and adults to a world of music.
