Between the pooches and ping-pong tables, our California headquarters feels more like a family-picnic-meets-think-tank than an office. We’ve been lucky to call some great places home over the years – Telluride, Chicago, Portland, Freeport, Santa Barbara – so we do our part to be good neighbors everywhere you find the Toad. Good Partners: Back in 1997 we started our partnership with Search, Inc. and created Planet Access Company (PAC) to positively change the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. We wanted to support this underestimated population by providing them with job training and work opportunities in the PAC warehouse. Today, 100% of Toad&Co’s inventory is packed, picked, and shipped by the PAC crew with unmatched reliability and enthusiasm. That kind of dedication deserves a vacation. Funded by proceeds from PAC and a grant from Toad&Co, Search for Adventure connects members of the PAC crew and Search clients to the wider world, sending them on much-deserved vacations.
