When Covid-19 hit America in March 2020, Kristy discovered a pressing need to build an online networking community so she could bring together all of the talented people she came into contact with every day in order to collaborate on a path forward. On April 13th, 'the co-lab' was born. The co-lab is a member-led, inclusive global networking community for fashion, beauty, wellness, retail and consumer luxury professionals. As leaders, creators, and learners, we believe in the power of collaboration to achieve. With integrity and professionalism, we aim to support members seeking industry connections, career transformation and growth. The co-lab is expanding fast and offering live panels online weekly on topics such as mentorship, sustainability, building a brand, diversity in hiring, ask the CEO, a book club & more.
