The Class Consulting Group is a boutique management consulting firm that provides consulting services to senior management and the Board of Directors of nonprofit/ philanthropic organizations. CLASS’s holistic approach ensures recommending and/or providing complete solutions to Nonprofits (NPOs) designed around their needs. The focus on delivering complete and comprehensive solutions ensures that the NPOs do not have to expend their scarce internal managerial bandwidth in searching for solutions, which may not even be compatible with their needs. Therefore, when an NPO approaches us, we don’t tell them what service we can offer. Instead, we try to understand their managerial needs and try to solve the same. In the interim, we provide multiple solutions, which can range from marketing to human resources management to fundraising planning.
