About the Brilex Group: The Brilex Group was formed in 2010, when Brilex Industries developed joint ventures and partnerships with several other companies. Since the formation of The Brilex Group, there have been two joint venture inceptions and one purchase. The group consists of five member companies: Brilex Industries, Inc., Taylor-Winfield Technologies merged with BOLTECH, Inc., Quality Machine, LLC., eneXa, Inc., and BBM Railway Equipment, LLC. Each of these companies service Original Equipment Manufacturers and end users in various industries worldwide.
