The AZEK Company's four business units include: AZEK Building Products, Scranton Products, Vycom and Versatex. The AZEK Company headquarters and AZEK Building Products' business operations are located in Chicago's popular West Loop neighborhood. AZEK Building Products manufactures premium residential building products including decking, railing and accessories in its Wilmington, OH plant under the TimberTech brand. AZEK’s Ultralox brand manufactures innovative aluminum railing systems and assembly machines in its Eagan, MN facility. AZEK Building Products also offers a diverse portfolio of PVC trim and moulding products through its AZEK Exteriors and VERSATEX brands with its manufacturing facilities located in Scranton, PA and Aliquippa, PA, respectively. Scranton Products and Vycom Plastics manufacture leading PVC-based bathroom partitions, lockers and other materials used in both commercial and industrial applications. Both business units are based in Scranton, PA.
