We founded Tempting to build the investment team that we would want investing alongside us. Our investment team is a high-energy blend of experienced recruitment investors and recruitment operators. We’ve experienced failures, bumpy roads and the sleepless nights that can come with founding a business. Equally, our team has experience building the fastest growing recruitment business in the UK, we’ve operated recruitment businesses globally and successfully exited recruitment brands via management buyout, trade sale and listing. We are passionate about investing in and scaling businesses; working alongside driven, high-performance management teams in a supportive relationship that allows both the businesses and the individuals to achieve their potential.
