On May 6, 2004, BCE Emergis announced that it will become an independent, widely-held company as a result of BCE Inc.’s decision to sell its approximate 64% interest in BCE Emergis through a public offering. The transaction closed on June 30, 2004 and on December 1, 2004, we changed our name to Emergis Inc.
