Taking Care has been providing personal alarm services for more than 30 years. We help over 70,000 people stay safe in their homes, supporting customers and their families across the UK. Each year we handle over 25,000 emergency alarm calls from older and vulnerable people. Customers love the peace of mind our service offers. 99% of them say they like the security of knowing someone’s there at the press of a button. For extra re-assurance, they can add a medical helpline, fall detectors and even a bogus caller button to their package.We’re trusted to provide the Age UK personal alarm service, and in March 2019 took over the running and management of Chichester Careline. This means we now provide telecare for customers in several local authority areas in Hampshire and Surrey. We employ around 150 staff, each carefully chosen for their caring and professional manner.
