Our Principal: Paul Smith began life in professional technical recruitment in 1988 with Hays in England initially recruiting skilled trades people and engineering, surveying, site supervision and project management professionals. His career progressed to Hill McGlynn (Now Randstad) in 1992 where he became Branch Manager in 1994 before founding his own successful company in 1996. He relocated to Canada in 2005 with David Aplin Recruiting where he successfully operated in the Oil sands, Transportation, Environmental and Construction sectors before progressing to Engineering Director with Summit Search. Paul’s reputation is founded on hard work, open, honest and transparent communication and a high level of integrity allied to his well honed technical recruiting, head hunting and people skills
