Throughout our nearly 30-year history, we have designed and constructed high profile ground up facilities, technically challenging repair and renovations for historical and non-historical facilities, and significant seismic upgrades, as well as large civil, infrastructure, and electrical projects exceeding $2 billion in construction cost.SEI was founded in 1991 by owners Beverly and Scott Bailey. With a vision of becoming a reliable and reputable electrical contractor, a dream that started from their kitchen table with a handful of employees and clients, has grown exponentially to encompass General Contracting, Design and Electrical trades. As a notable contractor in the construction, engineering and design-build industry, they have completed hundreds of projects ranging from renovation and new construction, to renewable energy and electrical contracting for numerous civic, private and governmental agencies over the course of their 29-year history.
